摘 要:目的:评价桉叶止咳糖浆中盐酸麻+黄碱的HPLC测定结果不确定度。方法:采用HPLC测定桉叶止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量,根据方法学验证数据,对测定过程中引入的不确定度进行评定,计算合成不确定度,确定测量结果在95%置信区间下的扩展不确定度。结果:采用该方法测定桉叶止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量的扩展不确定度2.41%。结论:该方法适用于HPLC测定中药有效成分含量的不确定度分析,使测定结果更加可靠。Objective:To establish a HPLC method for uncertainty analysis of ephedrine hydrochloride in Anye Zhike syrup.Method:HPLC was adopted to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride.According to data from verification method,each component of uncertainty was evaluated,from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtained in 95% confidence intervals.Result:Expanded standard uncertainty of this HPLC for determining the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Anye Zhike syrup was 2.41%.Conclusion:This established mathematic model was reasonable and reliable,which was applicable to uncertainty analysis of HPLC for determining active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.
