摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定香榧假种皮挥发油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和柠檬烯含量的方法。方法:采用HP-1石英毛细管柱(0.25μm×320.00μm×29.9 m),进样口温度230℃,FID检测器,检测器温度250℃,柱温程序升温(起始温度50℃,保持2 min,8℃.min-1升温至130℃,保持3 min),载气N2,流速1.2 mL·min-1,进样方式为分流进样,分流比30∶1,进样量1μL,萘为内标物。结果:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和柠檬烯线性范围分别为0.070~2.230(r=1.000 0),0.075~2.393(r=1.000 0),0.070~2.240(r=0.999 9)g·L-1,平均回收率分别为103.0%(RSD 1.4%),99.1%(RSD 1.2%),97.7%(RSD 1.6%)。结论:建立的测定方法简便快速、准确,可为香榧假种皮挥发油质量控制提供参考。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of α-pinene,β-pinene and limonene in volatile oil from aril of Torreya grandis by GC.Method:HP-1 quartz capillary column(0.25 μm × 320.00 μm × 29.9 m) was adopted,inlet temperature 230 ℃,flame ionization detector(FID) with temperature of 250 ℃,column temperature program(initial temperature 50 ℃,keeping 2 min,heated to 130 ℃ at 8 ℃.min-1,keeping 3 min),N2 as carrier gas,flow rate 1.2 mL·min-1,injection mode was split injection with split ratio of 30 :1,injection volume 1 μL,naphthalene as an internal standard.Result:The linear ranges of αpinene,β-pinene and limonene were 0.070-2.23(r = 1.000 0),0.075-2.393(r = 1.000 0),0.070-2.24 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9),respectively;Average recoveries of them were 103.03%(RSD 1.42%),99.17%(RSD 1.23%),97.73%(RSD 1.63%),respectively.Conclusion:This developed method was simple,quick and accurate,it could be used for quality control of volatile oil from aril of T.grandis.
