摘 要:利用阳极氧化法制备多孔氧化铝模板(AAO),并在磷酸-铬酸溶液中化学腐蚀得到氧化铝纳米管线。采用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜,研究磷酸溶液浓度和腐蚀时间对纳米管线形成的影响。实验结果表明,在腐蚀条件相同的情况下,孔道薄壁部分溶解完全,剩余厚壁部分形成纳米管线。在0.75%至1.5%的范围内,磷酸溶液浓度越低,纳米管线越容易制备。同时发现,纳米管线荧光的发射峰位于490 nm处,是由氧化铝的F心氧空位引起的。Porous alumina membranes (AAO) were synthesized via anodic oxidation. Alumina nanotubes were obtained by etching AAO templates in a mixture of phosphoric acid and chromic acid. The effects of the concentration of the phosphoric acid and the etching time on the formation of nanotubes were investigated using scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The experimental results show that the thin walls between the pores were completely dissolved as well as the nanotubes formed from the thick walls under the single etching condition. In a range of relative concentration from 0.75% to 1.5%, the lower the concentration of phosphoric acid was, the easier it was for the nanotubes to form. The fluorescence emission peak of the nanotubes is 490 nm which is closely associated with the F centres oxygen vacancies of alumina.
