摘　　要：如何高效、优质地查办职务犯罪案件 ,是当前检察机关的重点、难点问题。“三三制”作为对此进行有益探索的新的办事机制 ,从改善内部环境入手 ,强化内部相互配合和制约 ,充分调动办案人员的积极性 ,增强责任感 ,在加快诉讼进程、节约诉讼成本、确保案件质量等方面发挥了积极的作用。It's a emphasis,difficult points for present procuratorial machanism to investigate and deal the job offenders effenciently and outstandingly.'The triple three system' as a new handling cases mechanism give a profitable research on it,which start with improving inner surroundings and make a positive role in consolidating the procuratorial machanism's restriction and coordinatation,transfering the enthusiasm and strengthening sense of duty of the handling cases members,quickening the lawsuit process,saving the lawsuit cost,ensuring cases quality.
