摘  要:文章阐述了沧州枣产业发展的现状,分析了沧州枣产业存在的主要问题和限制枣产品高附加值提升的关键问题,并针对问题提出了调整品种结构,优化发展布局,大力推广和应用优良新品种;强化标准技术,使枣果提质增效;做大做强枣加工企业,搞好枣产品深加工;加强对枣高附加值产品关键技术研究等多项有效措施,以期进一步提升枣产品的附加值,促进枣产业持续健康发展。The status of jujube industry in Cangzhou was elaborated in the paper.Main problems existed in jujube industry of Cangzhou and key factors limited the rising of value-added were analyzed.According to these problems,effective measures were put forward,i.e.,adjusting cultivar structure,optimizing its distribution,widespread good new varieties,strengthening standard technique and boosting the quality and benefit of jujube,enlarging jujube processing industry and making deep processing,and strengthening studies of key technology for producing high value-added products.This was for further raising value-added of jujube products and promoting continuous and healthy development of jujube industry.
