摘 要:以氧化铝为载体,采用浸渍法负载不同量的Fe、Mn制备脱硝催化剂,研究活性成分负载量、氧气浓度、氨气浓度、煅烧温度及SO_2共存情况下对催化剂脱硝活性和抗硫性能的影响。结果表明,当Fe、Mn的负载量均为8%时,催化剂8Fe+8Mn/Al_2O_3在流量1.5 L/min,φ(NH_3)=φ(NO)=500×10^(-6),φ(O_2)=3%,温度150℃的低温条件下,脱硝效率就可以达到近99%;煅烧温度对脱硝活性有一定的影响;同时,氨气和氧气浓度对脱硝活性也有很大影响;此外,Mn的负载有助于提高催化剂的低温脱硝活性和抗硫性能。A series of catalysts supported on alumina with different loadings of metals were studied for low temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of excess oxygen. Effects of amounts of metal oxides, the concentration of NH3, O2, calcination temperature and high concentration of SO2 on NOx conversions were investigated. The experiments were carried on with the condition of φ(NO)=500×10^-6, n(NH3):n(NO)=1:1 and φ(O2)=3%. The results show that the catalyst 8Fe+8 Mn/Al2O3 yield nearly 99% NO conversion at 150℃ under the conditions used. And both the concentration of NH3, O2 and calcination temperature have great influence on the catalytic activity. In addition, the loading of Mn promotes not only high low temperature catalytic activities but also good resistance to SO2.
