摘  要:以葡萄糖为络合剂制得了La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3(x=0、0.2、0.4和0.6)系列钙钛矿型催化剂,并对其微观理化特性及不同气体氛围下催化碳烟氧化的活性进行了评价。结果表明,随Ce取代量增加,催化剂中钙钛矿相减少,CeO_2相增加;比表面积先增加后减少,在取代量为x=0.4时,比表面积最大。TPO实验表明:Ce部分取代A位的La可以提高钙钛矿型催化剂对碳烟氧化的催化活性,且取代量为x=0.4时催化剂的活性最高;NO_2的存在显著促进了催化剂对碳烟氧化反应的催化活性,但并未影响La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3催化剂的活性变化规律。Series of La1-xCexMnO3 (0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6) type perovskites were prepared through a glucose method. Their physical-chemical properties and catalytic activities were evaluated. Cerium substitution induced new phase of CeO2. The specific surface areas of the catalysts significantly increased with cerium content, reaching a maximum for La0.6Ce0.4MnO3, and then decreases at higher contents. The catalytic activity testing was carried out using temperature-program oxidation (TPO) method, with the results indicating that the cerium introduction into A-sites is beneficial to enhancing the activity for the soot oxidation, obtaining the highest activity for the La0.6Ce0.4MnO3. The presence of the NO2 promotes the soot oxidation. In this case, the activity regulation for the La1-xCe, MnO3 catalysts was not changed.
