摘　　要：合成气压缩机汽轮机及氨压缩机汽轮机均采用速关阀控制暖机转速技术,该技术有效防止了汽轮机启动时的热变形。本文阐述了这两种速关阀操作程序、结构、工作原理及技术特点,同时分析了该速关阀使用过程中出现的问题,如汽轮机启动时轴高振动而联锁跳车、启动时速关阀未打开而冲转失败、速关阀跳闸后不能回座、汽轮机提速失败等。对此,采取了相应的措施,保证了机组的安全、稳定运行。It has been used that the method of revolving speed controlled with main stop valve during warming of in steam turbine for compressor of synthesis gas, and of ammonia. The method can prevent effectively the turbines in starting from deforming thermally. It was introduced that the operating procedures, structure, working principle and technical characteristics of two kinds of main stop valve. Problems in the operation of the valve, such as strong vibration of the shaft resulted in interlocking to stop the turbine and the valve unopened to lead running up failure in starting of the turbine, trip of the valve but unclosed, and the turbine speed-up failure, were analyzed. In order to ensure operation of the turbine system in safety and stability the solutions for the above problems have been put into effect.
