摘　　要："布鲁塞尔化"这一概念较好地描述了冷战后欧盟共同外交与安全相关行为体不断向欧盟总部聚集的现实。建构主义赋予了"布鲁塞尔化"更加宏观的分析视角,诠释了欧盟如何在一种"社会化"的动态进程中逐渐改变主权国家的偏好和行为方式。通过改良共同外交与安全政策的法律基础、组织运作,塑造联盟集体身份,《里斯本条约》推动共同外交与安全政策"布鲁塞尔化"趋势不断强化与发展。The definition of'Brusselisation'describes the reality that the actors of EU's CFSP have continuously converged on Brussels,the headquarter of EU.The Constructivist Theory gives'Brusselisation'a more macroscopic perspective for a better explanation of how the EU has become a political community.The Treaty of Lisbon promotes the'Brusselisation'of CFSP to a new level by reforming the foundation of law,the organization and the operation of CFSP and by formulating a collective identity of EU's members.
