摘  要:李伯聪的科学、技术和工程"三元论"定义,对指导高校举办技术教育具有重要意义。新建本科院校是我国高等教育由精英教育阶段迈入大众化教育阶段的产物。技术变革日新月异的世界大势,势必需要与其相一致的具有中国特色的技术教育。技术教育在我国经历了较长的阶段并积累了相对成熟的办学经验。新建本科院校举办技术本科教育具有历史优势、现实优势以及地域优势。为有效实施技术本科教育,新建本科院校需要在办学定位、人才培养模式、课程体系的设置上作出相应改革调整。Professor Li Bocong's definition of view of three elements, that are science, technology and engineering, is sig- nificance of directing the running of technology education in colleges. Newly-built undergraduate colleges are the product of the transition of higher education of China from elite education stage to the popular stage. The general trend of world' s technological changes requires the corresponding technology education with Chinese characteristics, which has gone through a long stage and accumulated relatively mature school-running experience. The running of technology-oriented un- dergraduate education in newly-built undergraduate colleges has historical, realistic and regional advantages. To effectively implement the technology-oriented undergraduate education, it is necessary for newly-built undergraduate colleges to re- form and adjust the school-running orientation, personnel cultivation mode, curriculum system settings correspondingly.
