摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎前路手术治疗创伤性颈脊髓中央综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析25例创伤性颈脊髓中央综合征患者采取前路椎体次全切除、植骨融合、钛板内固定手术的临床资料。结果术后1例患者出现颈前血肿;1例出现泌尿系感染、败血症。25例术后获随访12～45个月,全部获椎间融合,脊髓功能均有不同程度恢复。结论颈椎前路手术治疗创伤性颈脊髓中央综合征,能够获得脊柱稳定性,有助于脊髓功能恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of anterior approaches in treatment of traumatic central cord syn- drome. Methods Twenty-five patients with traumatic central cord syndrome received anterior subtotal resection, interbody fu- sion and plate fixation. Results Anterior hematoma and sepsis respectively occurred in one patient and were treated successfully. All patients were followed up for 12 to 45 months. Intervertebral fusion was observed in all patients. All cases of spinal cord function had different levels of recovery. Conclusion Anterior approaches in treatment of traumatic central cord syndrome, the immediate and long-term stability of the spine can be obtained to help the recovery of spinal cord function.
