摘  要:目的探讨厦门地区643例泌尿系结石的成分状况,为临床防治泌尿系结石提供决策依据。方法对643例泌尿系结石标本进行红外光谱测定,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果泌尿系结石发病男性多于女性,男、女比为1.9∶1;20~70岁为泌尿系结石高发年龄,占95.02%。上尿路结石明显多于下尿路结石,上、下尿路结石之比为16∶1。结石成分中混合结石占多数,为454例(70.60%),其中以草酸钙和碳酸磷灰石的混合结石为主。结论厦门地区泌尿系结石成分以草酸钙和碳酸磷灰石为主,可能与厦门地区居民好食海鲜和有饮茶习惯有关;了解厦门地区结石成分构成对结石的防治有重要意义。Objective To study the constituents of urinary stones in Xiamen region, and provide methods in prevention and treatment of urinary stones. Methods The chemical composition of urinary stones from 643 cases was determined by means of an infrared spectroscopic method, and compared with the clinical data. Results Urinary stones were more often found in mate than in female, and the ratio was 1.9 : 1, especially in those 20 to 70 years old. The upper system stones were more frequently found than the lower system stones, the ratio was 16 : 1. The most common urinary stones were mixed stones (70.60%), which were mainly composed of calcium oxalate and apatite carbonate. Conclusion Calcium oxalate and carbonate apatite account for the majority of the stones ingredients, which may be related to dietary habits of Xiamen. The study on the chemical composi- tion of urinary stones is important in prevention of urinary stone.
