摘 要:对PP/PP-g-AN/TiO2三元共混物老化前后的流变学性能进行了研究,考察了剪切速率、温度对表观粘度的影响,进一步探讨了TiO2用量、PP-g-AN用量对共混物流变学性能的影响以及对聚丙烯抗老化性能的影响。结果表明,共混物流体都是切力变稀的假塑性流体;TiO2的用量、PP-g-AN的用量与共混物流体黏度非线性相关;老化前后粘度的变化对比表明,当TiO2用量为5%,PP-g-AN的用量为7%时,具有较好的抗紫外老化性能。The rheology properties of PP/PP-g-AN/TiO2 blends aged and unaged were studied.The influence of the shearing rate and temperature to the viscosity of the blends were discussed.The dosage of TiO2 and PP-g-AN to the viscosity and anti-aging properties of the blends were also considered.The results showed that the PP/PP-g-AN/TiO2 blends were pseudoplastic fluid.The dosage of TiO2 and PP-g-AN to the viscosity were non-linear correlation.The dosage of TiO2 was 5%(weight percentage) and PP-g-AN was 7%(weight percentage),and the blends had a better anti-UV aging properties which can be seen from the viscosity.
