摘 要:用正交设计法优选了金钮扣中总皂苷的提取工艺:以齐墩果酸为对照,香草醛-高氯酸法显色,用紫外分光光度法在550 nm处测定总皂苷含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇,50倍量,回流提取3次,1.5 h/次。结论该工艺简单易行,重复性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technique of the total saponins from Solanum Torvum Swartz by Orthogonal Experiment,the content of the total saponin was computed with oleanolic acid as standard substance,using the vanillin-color perchloric acid method and using ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 550 nm.The influence of different factors and levels on the extraction technology were investigated by means of simple factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was 60% ethanol,50 times,the amount of reflux extraction 2 times and 1.5 h·times-1.The extraction method is appropriate,simple and feasible,it is an ideal way to extract the flavonoids of Solanum Torvum Swartz.
