绿道体育与社区体育时代性、功能及体制辨析

摘　　要：运用文献法、分析法,对新兴的绿道体育与社区体育在产生时代背景、功能以及组织管理体制三个层面进行辨析,旨在丰富绿道体育理论。分析表明:(1)社区体育兴起以经济体制改革与社区管理体系建立为背景;绿道体育产生则是顺应低碳经济的时代理念以及政府体育公共服务职能转型需求。(2)社区体育具有休闲娱乐强身、凝聚社区人心、传播社区文化与组织服务功能;绿道体育则有休闲、宣扬低碳、传播地域文化以及经济功能。(3)社区体育具有完善的市、区、街道、居委会四个层次组织管理体系;绿道体育组织管理还处于制度缺失状态。尝试将珠三角绿道体育组织分类为政府体育组织、企业体育组织与非营利体育组织,建议依据各类组织的构成、职能、作用,进行分类管理,并深化理论研究,以指导绿道体育实践。Using the method of literature and analysis,this paper analyzes three aspects of greenway sports and community sports in times background,function and organization management system,aimed to enrich the theory of greenway sports.The results show that：（1） Community sports rise to economic system reform and the community management system as the background;Emergence of the greenway sports is conform to the time concept of low carbon economy and the government＇s sports public service function transformation requirements.（2） Community sports has the function of entertainment,spreading community culture,community cohesion and organization service;greenway sports has the function of leisure,advocating low carbon,regional culture and economic.（3） Community sports has the perfect four hierarchy organization and management system of city,district,street,neighborhood;the organization and management of the greenway sports is still in the absence of system state.The paper classifies the PRD greenway sports organization as government sports organization,enterprise sports organizations and nonprofit sports organization.It suggests that classification management of various kinds of greenway sports organizations,and deepen the theoretical research,to guide the greenway sports practice.
