摘 要:针对交流电动机驱动用SPWM逆变器并联系统中的环流问题,根据环流产生机理,提出了一种环流谐波分析方法。首先,基于瞬态电压方程,建立了逆变器并联系统驱动电流模型和环流电流模型;然后,在三角载波存在相位盖的情况下,应用调制方程分析了环流电流的特性;最后,利用双傅立叶变换对环流电流进行了谐波分析,得到了直流环流分量、基波环流分量及谐波环流分量与三角调制波相位差的关系,为逆变器并联系统中的环流电流控制提供了理论依据。仿真结果验证了该理论分析的正确性。Aiming at the circulating current of parallel inverter with SPWM modulation for AC motor drive, an analytical method of circulating harmonic current was proposed based on the mechanism of the generation of circulating current. The models of driving current and circulating current were con- structed according to the voltage equations of inverters and motor load. The characteristic of circula- ting current current was analyzed by using the modulating equations under the condition of different phases existingin the triangular carrier waves. And the harmonic analysis of circulating current by the double Fourier transform theory resulted in obtaining the relationship between circulating current and the phase difference of triangular carrier waves were obtained. The simulation results verify that the proposed analytical method is correct.
