摘　　要：7-A井为尼日尔三角洲B区块的第一口定向探井,该井在6″井眼钻进过程中发生卡钻,先后经活动钻具、泡解卡剂、泡柴油等措施无效后,施加扭矩超提时钻杆转换接头发生断裂;下打捞工具多次打捞落鱼未果,测卡点后爆炸松扣,起出部分钻具。根据实测泥浆录井曲线,对卡钻发生过程及原因从工程技术、组织管理方面进行了认真全面的分析,为提高钻井效率提出了建议,对该地区后续钻井作业的顺利开展具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。7-A Well is the first directional exploratory well in Block B located in Niger Delta. Stuck drill-pipe occurred during the 6 hole drilling operation. Through moving drilling facilities, soaking pipe-lax and soaking diesel with no success, the drill-stem sub was broken when over-pulling with exceeded torque. After it failed time and again in attempts to fishing, a part of drilling facili- ties were pulled out by shorting in hole and fired after measuring free points. Based on the actual mud log curve, the process and rea- son of stuck was analyzed comprehensively, it would be useful for reference in further drilling operation for this region.
