高强免压蒸砼复合矿物外加剂的研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种以工业废料为主要组分的复合矿物外加剂,与合适的高效减水剂组合配制管桩砼,可以免压蒸就达到C80的强度指标。采用此新技术,可节约能源、缩短生产周期、提高产品质量、降低生产成本,具有较大的实用价值。PHC （Prestressed High-strength Concrete） piles are prepared by a compound mineral admixture whose main component is industrial waste, and appropriate superplasticizer. The strength of concrete can get to C80 without autoclaved process. This new technology is adopted to save energy, shorten the production cycle, improve the product quality and reduce the production cost, and has great practical value.
