摘  要:【目的】探讨高校教师人群体脂分布及对血脂、血糖及血压水平的影响。【方法】对南京农业大学157名高校教师测量体质量指数(BMI),腰臀比(WHR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、和空腹血糖(FBG),并进行统计学分析比较。【结果】不同年龄分组BMI、WHR、TC、LDL—C、DBP均以45~59岁年龄层最高。FBG、SBP随年龄升高而升高,HDL-C、HDL-C/TC则随年龄升高而降低。调整年龄后,男性TC、TG、FBG,SBP,女性DBP随WHR水平升高而升高。【结论】腹型肥胖是影响高校教师人群血脂、血糖及血压水平的因素,且存在男女差别。[Objective] To explore the impact of body fat distribution on blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure in university teachers. [Methods] A total of 157 teachers in Nanjing Agricultural University were chosen. Body mass index(BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), blood pressure, serum total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and fasting blood glucose(FBG) were measured and analyzed by statistical method. [Results] A- mong different age groups, BMI, WHR, TC, LDL-C and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the group with 45 ~59 years old were the highest. FBG and systolic blood pressure(SBP) increased with the age, while HDL-C and HDL-C/TC decreased with the age. After adjustment for the age, TC, TG, FBS, SBP and DBP in men and DBP in women increased with WHR. [Conclusion] Abdominal obesity is the factor affecting blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure in university teachers, and there are differences between men and women.
