摘  要:【目的】探讨动态血糖监测系统(DGMS)比较地特胰岛素(诺和平)与甘精胰岛素(来得时)的有效性和安全性。【方法】将2012年6月至2012年12月秦皇岛市第一医院的20例2型糖尿病患者随机分为A、B两组各10例,在应用二甲双胍基础上,分别加用来得时和诺和平控制血糖,同时应用DGMS监测血糖。【结果】两组患者24小时平均血糖(24hMBG)、24小时曲线下面积(24hAUC)、早餐后5小时曲线下面积(BP5hAUC)、午餐后5小时曲线下面积(LP5hAUC)、晚餐后5小时曲线下面积(SP5hAUC)、夜间0点到晨7点曲线下面积(7hAUC)、日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、胰岛素日用量(Dose)均无显著性差异(P〉0.05),两组患者均无低血糖发生。【结论】诺和平与来得时疗效相当,均能有效、安全的控制24h血糖。[Objective] To compare the effectiveness and safety of insulin detemir vs insulin glargine by u- sing dynamic glucose monitoring system(DGMS). [Methods] Twenty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in First Hospital of Qinhuangdao city from June 2012 to Dec. 2012 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 10 cases in each. All patients were given metformin. Group A and group A were additionally giv- en insulin glargine or insulin detemir, respectively. At the same time, DGMS was used to monitor blood glu- cose. [Results] There was no significant differences in 24h mean blood glucose(MBG), 24h area below the curve(24hAUC), the area below the curve 5h after breakfast(BP5hAUC), the area below the curve 5h after lunch(LP5hAUC), the area below the curve 5h after dinner(SP5hAUC), the area below the curve from 0:00 to 7:00am, mean amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation one day and daily dose of insulin between two groups ( P 〉0.05). No hypoglycemia occurred in two groups. [Conclusion] Clinical efficacy of insulin detemir is the same as insulin glargine. Both insulin detemir and insulin glargine can effectively and safely control 24h-blood glucose.
