气压治疗仪联合外科清创术治疗糖尿病足感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨气压治疗仪联合外科清创术治疗糖尿病足感染的疗效。【方法】对97例糖尿病足感染患者随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（45例），两组患者均常规控制血糖、抗感染、每周伤口进行外科清创等处理，观察组同时加用气压治疗仪联合治疗。【结果】观察组足溃疡愈合率显著高于对照组（P〈O．05），且足部水肿消退明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。【结论】气压治疗仪联合外科清创术治疗糖尿病足感染能够减轻肢体水肿，有效提高糖尿病患者足部感染清创术后的愈合率。[Objective] To explore the efficacy of air pressure instrument combined surgical debridement for the treatment of diabetic foot infection. [Methods] Totally 97 patients with diabetic foot infection were ran- domly divided into observation group（ n ：52） and control group（ n =45）. All patients in two groups received routine blood sugar control, anti-infection therapy and surgical debridement of wound weekly. The observation group was additionally treated with air pressure instrument at the same time. [Results] The foot ulcer healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P d0.05）, and the regression of foot edema was obviously better than control group（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Air pressure instrument com- bined with surgical debridement for the treatment of diabetic foot can alleviate limb edema and improve the healing rate of diabetic foot infection in patients with diabetes mellitus after debridement effectively.
