摘　　要：由于地缘、语言及文化上的考量,在服务外包领域,日本企业视中国企业为理想的接包方。中国也逐渐成长为日本BPO外包项目的主要承接国。目前,日本对外的BPO项目涵盖了呼叫中心、录入服务及数据处理,其中数据处理的重要性日益提高。数据处理业务要求接包方不仅具备雄厚的日语基础,同时也应精通相关领域的专业知识。Due to the consideration on geopolitics, language and culture, Japanese enterprises look upon Chinese enterprises as the ideal outsourcing contractors. And China has become the primary country to undertake Japanese BPO projects gradually. Japanese BPO projects mainly include call cen- ter, input service and data processing service, among which data processing is more and more impor- tant. Data processing requires that the outsourcing contractors should not only have strong Japanese base but also do well in the professional knowledge in relative areas.
