强化社会责任 提高创新意识 培育高素质创新人才——大学生社会责任意识的培养

摘　　要：社会责任感是人类社会道德的基本结构,是整个社会发展的基石。大学生作为社会的精英群体,应该具备强烈的社会责任意识。通过对在校大学生现状的调查,分析了当前大学生社会责任意识不强的主要原因,结合西北工业大学多年的实践,总结出一条通过国防教育、创新教育、诚信责任教育等措施来提高大学生社会责任意识的有效途径。多年的实践证明,这些教育形式对培养大学生的社会责任意识是行之有效的,具有很好的推广应用价值。Social responsibility is the basic structure of human society ethics and the cornerstone of the development of society. As social elites, college students should have a strong sense of social responsibility. Based on the investigation of current situation of college students, this paper analyzes the main reasons why nowadays college students＇ lack of social responsibility consciousness. Combined with the practice of Northwestern Polytechnic University, an effective way to improve students＇ awareness of social responsibility is proposed, which includes national defense education, innovative education, integrity and responsibility education, and so on. The effectiveness of these measures has been proved by years of practice, and has an extending application value.
