摘　　要：大学生是社会发展、民族进步的重要力量。但当今时代,许多大学生历史责任感和使命感淡漠,不愿承担责任,甚至最基本的社会责任。对此,高校应当从加强理论教育,加强社会实践,加强校园责任教育氛围建设等方面入手,培育大学生的社会责任意识。College students play an important role in society development and national progress. But, at present, many students have less sense of historical responsibility and mission, and don＇t want any responsi- bility, even the most basic social responsibility. Therefore, college should cultivate college students＇ social responsibility consciousness by enhancing theory education, social practice and campus responsibility educa- tion atmosphere.
