摘  要:目的在于充分论证电站一次设备外绝缘全复合化的可行性和必要性。首先从材料特性、制造工艺、结构特点等角度阐述了传统瓷绝缘子的弱点,在此基础上对复合绝缘子和瓷绝缘子机械电气性能、耐候性能、运行维护以及环境友好性等方面进行了分析比较,并提出了针对各类型设备的复合解决方案。结论表明复合绝缘子拥有明显的技术经济性优势,复合绝缘子逐步取代传统瓷绝缘子应用于电站设备外绝缘,实现外绝缘的全复合化是电网发展的必然趋势。The paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of the complete composite mode for the external insulation of the primary equipment. First of all, the weakness of traditional porcelain insulators is elaborated in terms of the material properties, manufacturing process and structural features. On this basis, the electromechanical properties, weather resistance, operating maintenance and environmental friendliness are compared and analyzed between porcelain insulators and composite insulators and the composite solutions for all types of equipment are proposed. The results show that the composite insulators have obvious technical and economic advantages. The composite insulator will replace the traditional insulators gradually as it is the first choice of the external insulation for substation equipment. Fully composite mode of external insulation has become an inevitable tendency in the power grid development.
