摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪注射液对大鼠失血性休克合并急性肺损伤的影响及机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠36只随机分为三组,分别用生理盐水,黄芪注射液低剂量(10g/kg),黄芪注射液高剂量(20g/kg)复苏,采用失血性休克复合内毒素打击大鼠动物模型的制作及实验方法,分为A组生理盐水组12只、B组黄芪注射液低剂量组12只、C组黄芪注射液高剂量组12只,通过检测肺组织匀浆中肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6),及测定肺湿重/干重比值(W/D)来观察黄芪注射液对大鼠失血性休克并内毒素所致急性肺损伤的影响。结果:黄芪注射液高剂量组肺组织匀浆中TNF-α、IL-6含量和肺W/D低于低剂量组(P<0.01),两组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液对大鼠失血性休克并内毒素所致急性肺损伤有保护作用,且高剂量组优于低剂量组。Objective： To study the effects of Astragalus injection on acute lung injury（ALI） in rats with hemorrhagic shock and endotoxin.Method： Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into physiological saline group（n = 12）,low dose Astragalus injection group（n = 12）,high dose Astragalus injection group（n = 12）.Using the rat hemorrhagic shock and endotoxin attacking model,the normal saline group was given the gathering blood and twice of normal saline by the tail intravenous injection,the Radix Astragali low,the high dose groups was given the gathering blood and 10 g / kg,the 20 g / kg Astragalus injection by the tail intravenous injection.Rats were sacrificed and the lung was harvested and homonenized for the determination of tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and measure values of wet-to-dry lung weight ratio（W / D） at 2h after injection of LPS.Result： The determination of tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and measure values of wet-to-dry lung weight ratio（W/D） were higher in the control group than other groups.（P 0.01）,compared with the control group,the high dose group were better than low-dose group.Conclusion： Astragalus injection has notable antagonistic effects on the ALI in the hemorrhagic shock and endotoxin rats,the high dose Astragalus injection is better than the low dose Astragalus injection.
