摘 要:目的探讨乌司他丁在链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发大鼠糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)后对心肝的影响。方法用STZ诱发DCM模型,48只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、DCM组(STZ)、阳性药组[STZ+贝那普利组(卡托普利)]及高、中、低治疗组[STZ+乌司他丁)],每组8只。治疗组大鼠给予乌司他丁灌胃,DCM组和正常组大鼠给予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃。治疗2周后测定大鼠体重、血糖、形态学及Rock I蛋白的表达。结果注射STZ后,大鼠体重、血糖值及Rock I蛋白表达较正常对照组增加(P<0.05),而注射乌司他丁后,其值相对于模型组降低;而HE染色结果显示:给予乌司他丁后心肌和肝脏损伤程度减轻。结论乌司他丁可能具有减轻心肌损伤,同时减轻了肝脏的损伤,具体机制有待进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate the role of Ulinastain STZ-induced rat diabetic cardiomyopathy for heart and liver.Methods DCM model was induced by STZ.48male waster rats were randomly divided in control group(n=8),STZ group(n=8),Ulinastain(High,Medium and low)+ STZ group(n=8).The rats in the treatment group were given by injection Ulinastain,the rats of diabetic cardiomyopathy group and normal group were given by injection 0.9% sodium chloride.The index on Rats after intervention of Ulinastain for weight,blood sugar,morphology and Rock I protein were observed.Results After injection of STZ,Rat body weight,blood glucose and Rock I protein expression increased compared with normal control group(P0.05).The injection Ulinastatin,its value induced as compared with the model group.And HE staining showed that the degree of cardiac and liver damage reduced after injection Ulinastatin.Conclusion Ulinastatin may have to reduce myocardial injury,while protecting the liver damage.Specific mechanism needs further study.
