摘　　要：目的探讨KISS-1、MMP-9在子宫腺肌症异位内膜组织的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测和分析KISS-1、MMP-9在子宫腺肌症异位内膜40例、正常内膜20例(增生期内膜10例,分泌期内膜10例)表达差异。结果 KISS-1在子宫腺肌症异位内膜组织中的表达较正常子宫内膜减弱(P<0.01);MMP-9在子宫腺肌症异位内膜组织中的表达较正常子宫内膜表达增强,两者相比较有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论 KISS-1基因表达减弱与MMP-9基因表达增强协同作用导致异位内膜有较强侵袭能力,KISS-1、MMP-9可能与腺肌症发生、发展、转移密切相关,联合检测KISS-1、MMP-9有助子宫腺肌症患者治疗和预后判断。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of KISS-1、MMP-9in adenomyosis.Methods The expression of KISS-1、MMP-9were examined in 40cases of in adenomyosis and 20cases of normal endometrium.Results In adenomyosis and normal endometrium,the positive rate of KISS-1、MMP-9were 52.5% and 75%,62.5%and 30%,respectively,there were significant difference in the positive rates of expressions.Conclusion The expression of KISS-1、MMP-9were positively related to the metastasis and prognosis of adenomyosis,the combined detection of KISS-1、MMP-9is valuable to predicting prognosis and guiding therapy of adenomyosis.
