摘　　要：抗凝药物被广泛用于血栓栓塞性疾病的预防与治疗,但不合理使用易致血栓复发以及皮肤黏膜出血、血尿甚至脑出血死亡,故安全、合理地使用抗凝药物十分重要。本文就各类抗凝药物及其不良反应情况作一简要介绍。Anticoagulant drugs are widely used for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disease, but improper use may cause recurrent thrombosis and bleeding of skin mucous membrane, hematuria, and even the death of cerebral hemorrhage. The security and the rational use of anticoagulant drugs are very important. This article briefly introduces the anticoagulant drugs and their adverse reactions.
