摘 要:对不同产地与不同部位有柄石韦的总多糖含量进行了分析。有柄石韦粉末经脱脂、碱水提取、除蛋白、沉淀等分离后得到总多糖。结果显示不同产地、不同部位的有柄石韦的总多糖含量不同,山东胶东产有柄石韦叶中总多糖含量最高,其次为山东济南、云南昆明、山东蒙山,而市售石韦含量最低。有柄石韦总多糖含量在叶中最高,而根茎中含量最低。The total polysaccharide contents of different medical parts of Pyrrosia petiolosa in different areas were analyzed. After Pyrrosia powder was defatted, and followed the alkaline extraction, removing the protein and precipitating, the total polysaccharide of Pyrrosia petiolosa was obtained. The results show that the total polysaceharide content varies from different areas and different medical parts of the plants. The Pyrrosia petiolosa produced in Shandong Jiaodong area has the highest total polysaccharide content among the samples, followed by in Shandong Jinan, Yunnan Kunming, Shandong Mengshan. Goods herbs have the lowest polysaccharide content. The total polysaccharide content of Pyrrosia petiolosa leaves is the highest, and the least in the rhizome.
