摘  要:目的探讨褪黑素对常压下慢性间歇性缺氧SD大鼠心肌的保护作用。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组8只。对照组在自然环境下正常饲养:实验A组置于低氧舱内避光间歇缺氧,并灌服褪黑素1 mg/kg;实验B组置于低氧舱内避光间歇缺氧,并灌服生理盐水。比较3组大鼠体重(BM)、右心室/左心室加室间隔质量比值(RVM/LVSM)、右心室/体重质量比值(RVM/BM)、心肌谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果实验B组的RVM/LVSM、RVM/BM比值明显高于实验A组、对照组(P<0.05),而BM、GSH-PX、SOD、T-AOC活性明显低于实验A组、对照组(P<0.05),而实验A组与对照组上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论褪黑素对慢性间歇性缺氧SD大鼠心肌具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of melatonin on cardiac muscular tissue of SD rats with chronic intermittent hypoxia in the atmospheric pressure.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,eight rats in each group.The control group was given normal feeding and room air;The rats in experimental group A were treated with intermittent hypoxia in hypoxic cabin to avoid light as well as given melatonin(1 mg/kg);The rats in experimental group B were treated with intermittent hypoxia in hypoxic cabin to avoid light as well as given physiological saline.The rats' body mass(BM),the ratio of right ventricular mass / left ventricular plus septum mass(RVM / LVSM),the ratio of right ventricular mass / body mass(RVM / BM),glutathione peroxidase(GSHPX) activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were compared among three groups.Results RVM / LVSM,RVM / BM in the experimental group B were significantly higher than those in the experimental group A and control group(P 0.05).BM,GSH-PX activity,SOD activity and T-AOC were significantly lower than those in the experimental group A and control group(P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the indices above between control group and experimental group A(P 0.05).Conclusion Melatonin can protect rats' cardiac muscular tissue from the injury of chronic intermittent hypoxia.
