摘　　要：应用逆向物流的基础知识和科学理论,通过定性分析的方法分析餐厨垃圾回收处置与再利用上存在的问题,进行便于运作的、有效的区域性餐厨垃圾逆向物流网络系统研究,给出适合我国国情的餐厨垃圾管理的约束与激励机制,使我国餐厨垃圾的回收处理工作实现高效化、规范化、产业化,实现环境保护和资源节约的双赢,促进社会和经济的可持续发展。In this paper, we employed the basic knowledge and theory of reverse logistics to analyze qualitatively the problems in the recollection, disposal and reuse of food wastes in a bid to conduct easy and effective study on the network systems of regional food waste reverse logistics and presented the constraints and incentive mechanism of food waste management that suited the national condition of China.
