摘　　要：首先分析了物流一体化服务的基本特点,接着对物流一体化服务的体系结构进行了分析,在此基础上,针对物流一体化服务的组织与运行特点进行分析,并提出了物流一体化服务的管理运行策略。In this paper, we first analyzed the basic characteristics of integrated logistics services and their system structure, on the basis of which, in view of the characteristics of the organization and operation of the services, proposed the strategy for the management and implementation of the services.
