摘　　要：阐述了供应链协同的基本含义,分析了其对企业物流管理的重要性,介绍了现有的几种协同模式,并针对当前制造企业在企业物流管理中存在的问题,提出应从运用逆向物流、建立战略联盟及信任机制等方面提升其企业物流管理水平的措施。In this paper, we introduced the basic connotation of supply chain collaboration, analyzed its importance for the logistics management of the enterprises, explained the currently practiced collaboration modes, and at the end, in view of the problems in the logistics management of manufacturing enterprises, proposed the measures for the improvement of the logistics management level of the enterprises.
