摘　　要：为了评价我国物流园区建设对社会经济、资源和环境的影响,在分析我国物流园区建设现状的基础上,从园区物流服务能力、客户满意度、物流园区运营效果、生态环境影响以及园区规范化管理五个方面建立了由31个指标组成的物流园区建设后评价体系,并运用由数据包络分析(DEA)、模糊综合评价(Fuzzy)和层次分析法(AHP)集成的评价方法进行了实例分析,对后评价指标体系和评价方法进行了有效性验证,对我国物流园区的规划与建设具有一定借鉴意义。In this paper, in order to evaluate the influence of construction of logistics parks on the social economy, resources and environment of China and on the basis of an analysis of the current situation of the construction of logistics parks in China, we established the post-construction logistics park evaluation system consisting of 31 indexes on the aspects of park＇s logistics service capacity, customer satisfaction, park＇s operational effect, eco-environment impact and park＇s standard management, and used the method that integrated DEA, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP to analyze a practical case.
