摘　　要：从制约中国汽车制造业看板管理技术应用效果的关键因素,即对物流看板知识及技术的潜在吸收能力和现实吸收能力入手,建立模型并实证研究中国汽车制造业物流看板管理技术应用效果问题,提出汽车制造企业潜在吸收物流看板管理技术能力是影响物流看板管理技术应用项目失败的重要因素,现实吸收物流看板管理技术能力在潜在吸收能力和物流看板管理技术应用效果之间具有核心作用。In this paper, starting from the key factors restricting the application of the Kanban management technology by the Chinese manufacturing industry, that is, the potential and actual absorbing capacity of the logistics Kanban knowledge and technology, we established a model and studied empirically the problems in the application of the technology by the Chinese automobile-manufacturing industry, argued that the potential absorbing capacity of the industry of the technology was an importance factor deciding the success of its application and the industry＇s actual absorbing capacity of the technology was the nexus between the potential absorbing capacity and the effect of its application.
