摘 要:文章主要研究采用化学方法对输电杆塔表面锈层进行预处理。经正交实验表明,锈层预处理液配方为单宁酸30 g/L,磷酸10 g/L,磷酸二氢钠8 g/L,磺基水杨酸3 g/L,氧化锌2 g/L时,涂刷的锈蚀Q 235试板表面锈层转化为惰性,并具有较强的耐腐蚀性。极化曲线表明其表层的自腐蚀电位升高,腐蚀电流密度下降,试板耐腐蚀性能提高。最后探讨了锈层处理液各组分的作用机理。试验结果表明,锈层预处理液能有效提高基材的耐腐蚀性,可用于输电杆塔涂装前预处理。The paper studied chemical methods for processing surface rust layer of transmission tower. The experimental results showed that while the Component of the rust pretreatment solution is tannic acid 30 g/L, phosphoric acid 10 g/L, sodium dihydrogen phosphate 8 g/L, sulfosalicylic acid 3 g/L, zinc oxide 2 g/L, the painted Q235 test plate has strong corrosion resistance, its rusty layer turns to inertness. Polarization curve reveals that its surface corrosion potential was increased, while the corrosion current density was decreased, and also corrosion resistance was improved. Finally, the mechanism of the rust treatment solution was discussed. Experimental results showed that the rust pretreatment solution can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate, therefore can be used for transmission tower pretreatment before painting.
