摘　　要：医药用除菌滤芯使用寿命的长短往往对产品的成本产生较大影响。研究发现,当对过滤化学制品和化学药品的滤芯进行水浸润完整性测试时,有时因为过滤产品疏水性本质或产品在滤芯膜孔间结晶析出的干燥产品,会改变甚至破坏膜孔的结构,往往造成滤芯完整性测试失败,从而认为该批次滤芯不可再用。因此建议在生产结束后,立即进行完整性检测,并考虑用一定比例的异丙醇和水作为浸润剂进行浸润,以确保滤芯的重复使用率。The service life of Bacterium removal filter Cartridge tends to have great influence on the cost of medicine products. Studies have found that when the filters for chemicals are carried out water infiltration integrity test, sometimes the filter in the filter membrane hydrophobic nature or products hole between crystalline precipitate dry product, will change or even destroy the structure of the film hole, and tend to cause filter integrity tests to fail, which leads to the conclusion that the batch filter cannot be used again. So the suggestion is that integrity tests be carried out immediately at the end of the production, with a proportion of isopropyl alcohol and water, to ensure the reproducible usage of the filter.
