摘　　要：综述了卟啉类化合物在光度分析中的应用情况。卟啉类化合物属大环刚性平面共轭分子结构,具有突出的光学特性,故被作为高灵敏的显色剂、荧光试剂广泛应用在光度分析中。文章重点介绍了卟啉试剂在荧光和紫外分光光度分析中的应用。Overview of porphyrin compounds in photometric analysis of the application. Porphyrins are macrocyclic rigid planar conjugated molecule structure, with outstanding optical properties, it is used as a highly sensitive chromogenic agent, a fluorescent reagent widely used in photometric analysis. The paper focused on porphyrin reagent in fluorescence and UV spectrophotometric analysis application.
