诸暨市健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平,了解健康人群感染情况和免疫水平,为预防流行性脑脊髓膜炎提供依据。方法 2011年10月—2012年3月,按年龄分层随机抽样,采集0～74岁人群血清1084份,用ELISA法检测W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌多糖抗体IgG含量,以抗体浓度≥2μg/mL为阳性。结果调查对象中W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体阳性率为11.81%,人群抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为(1.49±0.80)μg/mL,阳性者GMC为(3.09±0.91)μg/mL,抗体阳性率在0岁～、1岁～、10岁～、20岁～、30岁～和40岁～组分别为6.15%、3.24%、9.48%、18.60%、18.99%和13.17%,以20～39岁组为最高;抗体阳性率和抗体GMC在各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体水平普遍较低,应加强对脑膜炎奈瑟菌监测,严防W135群流脑暴发流行。Objective To understand the infection status and immune levels among healthy population by testing antibody levels against Neisseria meningitis serogroup W135. Methods A total of 1084 healthy people aged 0 - 74 years were selected with age - stratified random sampling from October, 2011 to March, 2012. The polysaccharide antibody IgG level of Neisseria meningitis serogroup W135 was detected by ELISA. The antibody concentration ≥ 2 μg/mL was identified as positive. Results The W135 - antibody positive rate of the population was 11.81%, and the geometric mean concentration （GMC） was 1.49 ＋ 0.80 μg/mL. And GMC of the positive population was 3.09 ±0. 91 μg/mL. The positive rates of antibody were 6.15%, 3.24%, 9.48%, 18.60%, 18.99% and 13.17% for age groups 0, 1- , 10- , 20- , 30 - , and 40 - years, respectively. The positive rate of antibody in the age group 20 -39 was the highest. There was a significant difference between antibody positive rate and antibody GMC among age groups（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The population is susceptible to serogroup W135 of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Measures should be taken to strengthen the monitoring of Neisseria meningitis and strictly prevent outbreak of the serogroup W135 of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
