摘  要:利率市场化是当前我国金融改革的一项重要内容,其对于充分发挥市场机制的作用,提高金融资源配置效率具有重要意义。我国的利率市场化改革历经十多年探索之路,目前已进入全面冲刺阶段。利率市场化改革给商业银行带来了机遇的同时,对商业银行管理和适应能力也带来巨大挑战。商业银行应正确面对这一挑战,积极寻找对策和适应措施,促进自身蓬勃健康发展。本文通过借鉴美国利率市场化改革的经验,对利率市场化改革及其利率政策效应对我国商业银行带来的影响进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出了我国商业银行应对利率市场化挑战的若干对策建议。The marketization of interest rates is an important content of financial reform at present in china. It has great significance in playing the role of market mechanism and improving the efficiency of financial resource allocation. Reformation of Interest rates marketization has been explored for more than ten years, which has now entered the sprint stages. The mar- ketization of interest rates will bring opportunities and challenges for commercial banks, The commercial banks should face this trend and seek measures actively to promote its development. This paper introduces the experience of Interest rates marketiza-tion reformation in the United States and analyses the impact of Reformation of Interest rates marketization on commercial banks and policy effects of interest rate, then based on this, puts forward some suggestions for commercial banks to adapt to challenge brought by marketization of interest rates.
