摘　　要：通过对2010、2011、2012三届“中国县级医院·竞争力排名”数据的整体分析、对比分析，百强县级医院的发展无论在整体规模还是在业务量上都有明显的进步，这得益于国家对县级医院的政策支持。同时，百强县医院这三年来的分布并没有发生明显的变化，东部发达地区仍是百强县医院来源地，占据百强数量比例达80％。相邻医院之间的差距在逐步缩小，医院之间的排名容易发生变化。Based on the three-year integral analysis and comparative analysis on ＂List of Competitiveness of Hospitals at County Level in China＂ in 2010,2011 and 2012 ,the authors find that there is obvious progress in the development of overall size and business volume in the top 100 hospitals at county level, which benefits from national policy support. There are no distinct changes in the distribution of the top 100 hospitals at county level：the developed east areas are the lo- cations of 80% of the top 100 hospitals. While the gap between the neighboring hospitals is being narrowed gradually so the ranking changes are likely to take place.
