摘　　要：回顾我国医务社会工作的发展过程及基本职能,分析医院设置医务社会工作部门遇到的问题,提出医院社会工作部门发展的建议:健全相关政策法规;加大社会宣传力度;建立并重视社会工作部门;提高医务社会工作专业化水平;借鉴发达国家和地区的经验。In retrospect of the development and the basic functions of the social work of medical affairs, the author analyzes the problems in establishing social work department of medical affairs, puts forward suggestions on the develop- ment of social work department of medical affairs to perfect the relevant policies, laws and regulations, and strengthen so- cial propaganda. Hospitals must attach great attention to social work department, upgrade the professional level of social work of medical affairs and learn the experience from developed countries and regions.
