摘　　要：完善补偿机制作为公立医院改革的重点和难点,所取得的成效将关乎新医改的成败。通过分析医改三年公立医院经济运行情况和患者的医疗负担,发现补偿机制改革中存在的问题;完善补偿机制,有利于公立医院改革的深入,实现缓解"看病贵,看病难"的目标。The three-year improvement in compensation mechanism of the reform in public hospitals and the re- sults will determine the success or failure of the new medical reform. The author finds that there are problems in the reform of compensation mechanism by analyzing economic operation in public hospitals and medical burden of the patients, and concludes that the improvement in compensation mechanism benefits further reform in public hospitals and the alleviation of ＂costliness in seeking medical care and difficulty in seeing a doctor＂.
