摘　　要：对医院制度规范实施信息化管理的必要性和迫切性进行了阐述,介绍了信息系统的设计思路,提出了与软件公司进行合作研发的新方式,既减轻了医院的经济压力又通过合作实现双赢。经初步运行,目前系统运行良好,被广大职工所接受。The authors expound the necessity and urgency of practicing informatization management in hospital system standardization,introduce the design thought for information system, put forward the new style of cooperation, re- search and development with software companies, which alleviates economic pressure of the hospital and realizes the doub- le-win cooperation. After the preliminary operation, the system runs well, and is well accepted by all the employees.
