摘　　要：医师资格准入管理从行政管理和行政法的角度看,是一种依申请许可的卫生行政管理行为。《执业医师法》自1999年正式颁布实施以来,在规范医师资格准入管理方面起到了重要作用,但同时在施行当中也出现了一些问题。从行政许可的角度对我国医师资格准入管理制度进行了阐述,同时对实际工作中的问题进行了归类总结,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。From the perspective of public administration and administrative law, admittance management for quali- fication of doctors is classified as the behavior of health public administration relying on permission application. Since the official issuance and implementation of the Law for Licensing Medical Practitioner in 1999 ,it has played a very important role in standardizing admittance management for qualification of doctors. However, there are some problems in the imple- mentation. The author ,from the point of administrative licensing, expounds the admittance management system of qualifica- tion for doctors, classifies and summarizes problems in practical work and puts forward related solutions to the problems.
