摘  要:通过对某公司"一罐到底"生产方式的跟踪,发现生产初期铁水粘包现象严重。经分析认为此现象产生的原因主要包括:高炉出铁温度偏低、铁包烘烤效果差、高炉出铁后铁水停留时间较长、铁包管理不当、铁水包内残余钢水影响等。提出了相应的改进措施并对相关设备进行改造,包括铁包加盖、铁包包嘴加长和增加铁水量测量系统等,铁水粘包现象得到明显改善。Tracked at one ladle production method, some company was found to have serious sticking problem at the early stage of production. Its causes after analysis were deemed as: low tapping temperature at BF, the poor effect of ladle heating, the long staying time of molten iron after tapping, improper ladle management and residue steel inside ladle. The author proposes relevant equipment improvement measures, including adding cover on ladle, prolonging ladle nozzle and adopting molten iron quantity measuring system, which prominently alleviated sticking problem.
