摘 要:天钢3 200 m3高炉自投入生产以来,原燃料长期不稳定,造成渣皮频繁脱落,导致冷却壁温度波动异常,严重影响了高炉的稳定顺行,难以保证安全生产。对天钢3 200 m3高炉进行停炉中修,采用"回收部分煤气空料线打水降料面"的方法停炉,将料面降至风口中心线。对停炉全过程进行了介绍,主要包括停炉前的准备工作及其炉况调整,采用全风量、炉顶打水,控制炉顶温度保持在350~500℃,实现了快速、安全停炉。Since 3 200 m3 blast furnace was put into operation in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISCO), slag skull frequently fell off due to long-term unstable raw material and fuel, which induced the abnormal fluctuation of cooling stave temperature. This seriously affected the smooth running of blast furnace and safe production was difficult to ensure. For this reason, Tiangang 3 200 m3 blast furnace was shut down for a medium repair, during which a method of recovering partial gas and lowering stock line while spraying water was adopted to bring the stock level to tuyere center line. The whole process is introduced in the paper, including preparation and furnace adjustment before shutdown, the adoption of full blast volume and water spraying at furnace top, and control over top temperature within a range of 350-500 ~C. Fast and safe shutdown was achieved in the shutdown.
