老年2型糖尿病瘙痒症与血糖值的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制值与瘙痒程度的相关性，筛选合适的血糖控制值。方法分析2011年5月-2012年9月在上海市杨浦区大桥社区卫生服务中心就诊的120例老年糖尿病瘙痒症患者及同期120例老年糖尿病无瘙痒患者血糖值，探讨瘙痒症与血糖值的相关性；对120例瘙痒症患者瘙痒程度采用视觉模拟尺度评分法（VAS）进行量化，并与血糖值进行配对分析，筛选合适的血糖控制范围。结果瘙痒组患者血糖值明显高于无瘙痒组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；定量分析结果表明：瘙痒程度VAS评分与血糖值明显相关，随着血糖升高，VAS评分明显增加（P〈0．05），血糖值7．8mmol／L可能是较合适控制范围。结论老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制不稳可能与瘙痒密切相关，血糖〈7．8mmol／L，瘙痒可能会减少。Objective To explore the correlation between blood glucose control values and itching degree among elderly patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus, and to screen suitable blood glucose control values. Methods From May 2011 to September 2012, 120 type-2 diabetic patients with pruritus aged 60 or above were enrolled as case group and age-match 120 type-2 diabetic patients without pruritus were as control group. Researcher analysis them blood glucose level, discuss the association between blood sugar control values and itching degree of correlation, To quantify the itching degree of 120 type-2 diabetic patients with pruritus （VAS）, Analysis of matching and the blood glucose level, and screening of suitable blood sugar control values. Results blood glucose level of the case group apparently higher than of the control group, difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; results show that the quantitative analysis, the VAS grade of itching degree Sig- nificantly related to the blood glucose level, with increasing blood glucose, VAS score increased significantly, （P〈0.05）, blood sugar value tendency for 7.8 mmol/L may be more appropriate control. Conclusion Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is closely related to the unstable blood sugar control may be associated with pruritus, blood sugar level 〈7.8 mmol/L, pruritus may be reduced.
