摘 要:为研究不同粒度硼粉在镁/聚四氟乙烯(Mg/PTFE)烟火药中的应用性能,采用混合-模压成型工艺制备了含4种不同粒度硼粉的Mg/PTFE烟火药。用TG-DTA、红外测温仪测试了其热行为和燃烧性能并测试了其机械感度。结果表明,加入硼粉后烟火药的燃烧性能显著改善,与无硼粉Mg/PTFE烟火药相比,含硼粉Mg/PTFE烟火药的高温放热峰温度下降约80℃,Mg/PTFE烟火药燃烧火焰温度随硼粉粒度的减小而提高,增幅达84℃。To study the application of different particle sizes of boron in Mg/polytetrafluoroethene(PTFE) pyrotechnic compositions,four pyrotechnic compositions with different particle sizes of boron were prepared by mixed proceeding and molding technology.The thermal behaviors,combustion performances and safety performances of the pyrotechnics were studied by TG-DTA,infrared thermometer and mechanical sensitivity instrument.The results show that the combustion performance of the pyrotechnics is significantly improved with the addition of boron powder,and in comparison with Mg/PTFE without boron powder,the high temperature exothermic peak temperature of Mg/PTFE with boron powder is decreased by about 80℃.The flame temperature of the pyrotechnics is increased evidently with decrease in the diameter of boron,having a growth of up to 84℃.
